1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and Linkayi (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) governing your access to and use of the website at linkayi.com and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing, registering for, or using the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
2. Description of Service
Linkayi provides a platform that allows users to create bio link pages and shorten URLs. The table below outlines the core features of the Service and their availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age (or 16 years of age in the European Economic Area).
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under the laws of your country of residence.
- Not have had a previous account terminated for violating these Terms.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility requirements above. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you also represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Service without written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair our servers.
- Circumvent any technical measures we use to provide or protect the Service.
6. Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Linkayi. Publishing any of the below may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether content violates these guidelines. Our decisions are final.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and all of its original content — including the Linkayi name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, and source code — are and will remain the exclusive property of Linkayi and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Linkayi.
Nothing in these Terms grants you a right or license to use any trademark, design right, or copyright owned or controlled by Linkayi, except as expressly provided herein.
8. User Content
You retain all ownership rights to content you create and publish on Linkayi (“User Content”). By publishing User Content on the Service, you grant Linkayi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:
- Store, cache, and display your User Content to operate the Service.
- Create thumbnails or previews of your bio page for search engine indexing.
- Use anonymized and aggregated data derived from User Content to improve the Service.
This license terminates when you delete your User Content or close your account, subject to any copies made for backup or legal hold purposes.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit, and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.
9. Short Links & Bio Pages
The following specific rules apply to short links and bio pages created on the Service.

| Destination accuracy | Short links must point to an accurately described destination. Deceptive redirects are prohibited. |
| No automated generation | Mass creation of short links via scripts or bots without written permission is prohibited. |
| Public bio pages | Bio pages are publicly accessible. Do not include private or sensitive information you do not wish to be publicly visible. |
| Link expiry | We do not currently expire active links, but reserve the right to introduce expiry policies with 30 days notice. |
| Analytics data | Click analytics are provided for informational purposes and may not be used as evidence in legal proceedings. |
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement formed by these Terms at any time.
- By you: You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon closure, your public bio pages will be immediately unpublished and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or our policies.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Disclaimer), 12 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Indemnification) will survive any termination.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
- WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. If you are a consumer in such a jurisdiction, some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LINKAYI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

In any case, our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of USD $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Linkayi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your access to or use of the Service.
- Any User Content you post or publish through the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitration body, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
- Notify registered users via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
- For significant changes, require your affirmative acknowledgment before they apply to you.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
